Usually the kitchens and bathrooms are part of the scope, but in a “complete renovation” there are many components involved.
Additional components means there is more coordination needed. The project must be designed appropriately, all supplies need to be ordered in a timely fashion and the construction has to be managed so it flows smoothly. That’s precisely what we do.
